After losing his father to melanoma at 15, Spenser found movement to be a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. That experience shaped his belief that exercise should enhance your life—not consume it.
At Minimal, Spenser leads the fitness and nutrition coaching program with a focus on longevity, intelligent progression, and a holistic approach to health. He emphasizes meeting each client where they are, helping them move with purpose, self-compassion, and consistency.
Known for his empathetic and educational style, Spenser reminds his clients that you don’t need to be an athlete to deserve strength, confidence, and health. His mission is to help people discover what their bodies are capable of—one small, sustainable step at a time.
